By accessing or using Svaade Fly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
Svaade Fly provides web-based operational flight planning tools, including weather retrieval, NOTAM fetching, mass & balance calculations, and PDF generation.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Svaade Fly cannot be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
The Service offers paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Business). Subscriptions are billed periodically (monthly or yearly) via our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
The Service is provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that weather data, NOTAMs, or aerodrome information provided by third parties (NOAA, FAA, OpenAIP) is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Under no circumstances shall Svaade Fly be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and features, is owned by Svaade Fly and protected by copyright laws. You retain ownership of the flight plans and data you create.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
