Svaade Fly ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our flight planning application.

1. Data We Collect

• Account Data: Email address and encrypted password. We use Supabase for secure authentication.
• Billing Data: Subscription status and plan details. We use Stripe for payments. We do not store your credit card number; it is securely handled by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Manage your subscription and process payments.
• Send you critical service notifications (e.g., security updates).

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service:

• Supabase: For user authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• OpenAIP, NOAA, FAA, AWS: For external aviation data. We send them requests (e.g., airport codes) but do not share your personal identity.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Since flight plans and local preferences are stored exclusively on your device, they are not affected by account deletion. You can request deletion of your account at any time using the "Delete Account" button in the app, which will permanently erase your data from our database and cancel any active Stripe subscriptions.

5. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights by deleting your account directly from the app or by contacting us at support@svaade.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
